Registration

By registering for a course through IncidentCommand.ca, you agree to provide accurate registration information and to use the course information provided for your own participation.

Your registration is not complete until payment has been received or an approved organizational payment arrangement has been confirmed.

Course details, including date, time, location or online access information, will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled course start time by contacting us.

Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the course may be eligible for a refund or transfer, subject to the terms provided at registration.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the course start time may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or approved by IncidentCommand.ca.

Cancellation by IncidentCommand.ca

IncidentCommand.ca may cancel or reschedule a course if required due to low enrolment, instructor availability, operational needs, weather, emergency conditions, or other circumstances.

If IncidentCommand.ca cancels a course, registered participants will be offered a refund or transfer option.

Transfers and substitutions

Transfer or substitution requests are handled manually.

Participant substitutions may be accepted before the course begins if the substitute meets any prerequisites and provides the required registration information.

Organizational group transfers, substitutions, and cancellations may be governed by the accepted quote or agreement for that group.

Prices and taxes

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment is completed.
